本會與中央健保署合作之英文專書讀書會111年12月內容(共5場次)包含：

l 導讀英文專書(共3場次)：「Building on value-based health care: Towards a health system perspective executive Summary」，分享WHO歐洲衛生系統和2020年10月發表《以價值為基礎的健康照護：衛生體系的前景》政策概要；

l 導讀英文專文(共2場次)：分別討論醫療事故及以非正式支付方式（informal payments）購買公共衛生服務議題
