Dear Dr. Haruo Uematsu,
Thank you for your hospitality during our visiting in April. It was such
a great trip.
I should have written to you earlier. Due to the rally that was held on
April 20, 2005 to protest the global budget system in order to protect
the rights for physicians and people’s health in Taiwan, I had been
devoted myself in the relevant activities. Please accept my apology and
thank you for your understanding.
I am here on behalf of the Taiwan Medical Association to invite you to
visit Taiwan to discuss and share experience of the health system
development in both countries during June 6 through 10, 2005. I
sincerely hope you can accept this invitation and we can discuss the
date if it doesn’t work for you. I am looking forward to hearing from
you soon.
Sincerely,
Dr. Nan-Her Wu
President of the Taiwan Medical Association
